HEALTH & HYGINE AWARENESS CAMP WITH PAD SQUD AT SANGANER
Activity Objective: Lack of awareness of health and hygiene during menstrual cycle among girls, they are affected by many severe diseases. Due to unawareness and thought of not to discuss these problems with doctors and family members. To resolve this problem, they need proper guidance and awareness about this sensitive issue.
Detailed Description: SCF in collaboration with Unicharm organised “Health & Hygiene Awareness camp and distribution of sanitary pads” drive in which Savyasachi NGO volunteers and Gynaecologist from Surya hospital, Jaipur provided much information about hygiene to girls the time of their menstrual cycle and to provide the awareness on the importance of the usage of sanitary pads. SCF volunteers also distributed more than 300 packets of sanitary napkins in that school by encouraging the girls to use them. The gynecologist also gave the advices and clears the doubt of the girls that arouse in that session and alsoemphasise the importance to stay healthy and fit.
